Achari Paneer Recipe
Achari Paneer Recipe 
Hello all! Hope you all are in best of your health. So, c'mon without wasting any time let's learn another yummy dish from Sanjeev Kapoor's Kitchen. Today, we are making Achari Paneer Canapes. So, note down the ingredients.

Ingredients: 


Pickle spice (achari masala)
    
•Cottage cheese (paneer),cut into cubes         200 grams

•Buns                                                         6

•Lettuce                                                     1 medium

•Ice cubes                                                  as required

•Mustard oil                                               1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon

•Hung yogurt                                             3/4 cup

•Salt                                                          to taste

•Garlic,finely chopped                                 2 tablespoons

•Butter                                                       1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon

•Bean sprouts                                             for garnish 

Method: 


  • Discard the stem of lettuce and tear lettuce leaves and place in a bowl. Add ice cubes and water and set aside for 20 minutes. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan till it smokes. Reduce heat and add pickle spice. Stir for a while and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  • Switch off heat and cool to room temperature. Reserve 1 teaspoon of it and add the remaining to yogurt alongwith salt and mix well. Combine cottage cheese cubes and yogurt mixture in a bowl. Mix well and set aside for ½ an hour.

  • Combine garlic, butter, reserved cooked pickle spice in a bowl. Mix well.Slit mini buns and halve them. Spread generous amount of garlic butter on both halves and similarly make the remainining buns.

  • Heat a non-stick pan. Add marinated cottage cheese cubes and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, turning once a while. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Heat a non-stick tawa. Place prepared buns, buttered side down on it and cook till golden from the underside. Flip and cook till the other side is also golden, pressing them slightly. Remove from heat.

  • Pat dry lettuce leaves and place few pieces in the cooked buns. Add 2-3 cooked cottage cheese cubes on top.

  • Garnish with bean sprouts and serve immediately.

Vegetable Oats UpmaHey people! I know it's been many days that I haven't posted any of the dish. Well! I was looking for something yummy, delicious and healthy. So, I've bring a healthy and a yummy dish from Sanjeev Kapoor's Kitchen. 

You need following ingredients for the dish....

Ingredients:

Carrot,chopped
1 medium
French beans,chopped
3-4
Green peas
1/2 cup
Oatmeal
1 cup
Onion
1 medium
Ginger
1 inch piece
Green chillies
2
Oil
2-3 tablespoons
Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Split Bengal gram (chana dal)
1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida
a pinch
Curry leaves
4-6
Salt
to taste


Method:
  • Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes and set aside. 
  • Chop onion and ginger. Halve green chillies. 
  • Heat oil in another non-stick pan and add mustard seeds. 
  • When it starts to splutter, add split Bengal gram and cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. 
  • Add asafoetida, ginger, green chillies and sauté. 
  • Add onion, carrot, French beans, green peas, curry leaves and salt. 
  • Add ¾ cup water and boil till the vegetables are cooked. 
  • Add oats and mix well. 
  • Reduce heat and cook till the oats are done. Serve hot.

Cheesy Macaroni is one of my favorite dishes because it's yum. I think this cannot be explained in words. Just made this and enjoy. This blog post includes the ingredients and method for Cheesy Macroni. Take a look at the following ingredients and make your own bowl of Cheesy Macroni and don't forget to share it with your loved ones because this dish will be more tasty if you do so. 


Ingredients:

Macaroni
300 grams
Processed cheese,grated
1 cup
Butter
2 tablespoons
Refined flour (maida)
2 tablespoons
Milk
2 cups
Salt
to taste
White pepper powder
to taste
Fresh parsley,chopped
1 tablespoon



Method:

  • Boil macaroni in sufficient water till al dente. 
  • Drain and refresh under running water. 
  • Drain and set aside. 
  • Heat butter in a pan. 
  • Add maida and sauté lightly, taking care that it does not change colour. 
  • Add milk, gradually, stirring continuously so that there are no lumps formed. 
  • Add grated cheese and keep stirring. 
  • After adding cheese the sauce will thicken further, so add more milk to adjust the consistency. 
  • Add salt, white pepper powder and mix. 
  • Heat some butter in another pan. 
  • Add macaroni. Toss. Strain the sauce into this pan and mix gently. 
  • Add some more cheese. 
  • At this stage if you want to bake you can do so till the cheese at the top becomes a light golden. Or serve it just like that. 
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Welcome Visitors! When it comes to Pav Bhaji, no one can made it better than Sanjeev Kapoor because we all know how brilliant he is in his cooking. So, I've got Pav Bhaji Recipe from his Kitchen for all of you. Hope, you'll like it.

I heard you saying yes....Anyways, let's continue. So, you need following ingredients for this recipe.

Ingredients:

Potatoes,boiled and mashed
4 medium
Tomatoes,chopped
4 medium
Onions,chopped
2 medium
Green capsicum,chopped deseeded
1 medium
Cauliflower,grated
1/4 small
Green peas,shelled
1/4 cup
Ginger,chopped
1 inch piece
Garlic
8-10 cloves
Oil
3 tablespoons
Green chillies,chopped
3-4
Pav bhaji masala
1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Butter
3 tablespoons
Pav
8
Fresh coriander leaves,chopped
1/4 cup
Lemons,cut into wedges

Pav Bhaji Recipe

Method: Boil green peas in salted water till soft, drain, mash lightly and set aside. Grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan and add three fourth quantity of onions. Sauté till light brown. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Stir-fry for half a minute. Add half the quantity of tomatoes and cook on medium heat for three to four minutes, stirring continuously or till oil separates from the masala. Add capsicum, mashed peas, cauliflower, potatoes and one and half cups of water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for ten minutes, pressing with back of the spoon a few times, till all the vegetables are completely mashed. Add Pavbhaji Masala, salt and remaining tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for two minutes, stirring continuously. Heat half of the butter in a thick-bottomed pan or a tawa. Slice pav horizontally into two and pan fry in butter for half a minute, pressing two or three times or till pav is crisp and light brown. Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves, remaining butter and serve hot with pav accompanied with remaining chopped onion and lemon wedges.
